These terms govern your use of jeansandcasuals.com and purchase of products from Jeans & Casuals.

1. Our Products All products are new, authentic, and sourced from authorized brand distributors. We make every effort to accurately represent colours and dimensions. Monitor calibration may cause slight colour variation.

2. Pricing All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Cyprus rate (19%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the final price.

3. Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we dispatch the item and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch (full refund issued).

4. Payment Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

5. Delivery See our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

6. Returns See our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — images, text, logos — is the property of Jeans & Casuals or used under licence. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.
