Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Cyprus Domestic Delivery
- Standard (1–3 business days): €5.00-€7.20— FREE on orders over €100
European Union
- Standard (5–8 business days): €35.00 — FREE on orders over €300
Rest of World
- Standard (7–14 business days): €35.00 — FREE on orders over €400
Delivery Estimates Delivery estimates are from dispatch date, not order date. During peak periods (summer season, Christmas) allow an additional 1–3 business days.
Tracking All orders include a tracking number sent by email. For Cyprus domestic, track via ACS Courier (acscourier.net). For EU/international, track via Cyprus Post (Cyprus Post | Postal and Courier Services in Cyprus).
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice. Uncollected parcels are returned to us after 7 days. Re-delivery incurs an additional shipping fee.
