Refund policy
14-Day Return Right Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@jeansandcasuals.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return within 24 hours and provide instructions
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of our confirmation
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refund is issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours subject to availability. Contact us and we will reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@jeansandcasuals.com. We will arrange a free return and full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
In-Store Returns Items purchased online may also be returned in person at our store: 20 Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Bring your order confirmation email.
